1. The term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from Willow Restaurant Pte. Ltd. 2. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash. Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any amount remaining on a voucher after redemption is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 3. When purchasing a voucher, once full payment has been received the voucher is non refundable. Vouchers are not transferable and exchangeable for cash. 4. All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 3 months validity period. 5. Vouchers may only be used when a reservation has been made in advance. Please inform staff that you have a voucher when making your booking. 6. Reservations are subject to availability, at Management’s discretion. Please book online via https://www.sevenrooms.com/reservations/willowsingapore. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation on a certain date. All vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed or via smartphone) at the restaurant and must be mentioned when booking. 7. Vouchers redeemed are not applicable for eve and public holidays, special occasions and block out dates. Please ask the staff when making your booking. 8. Multiple vouchers may be used per transaction, subject to respective voucher T&Cs. 9. Willow Restaurant Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
